大榮華圍村菜 - Tai Wing Wah Vill Cuisine


這家由有「食神」之稱的廚師梁文韜主理的大榮華圍村菜，主要供應具有香港圍村特色的圍村菜，這跟內地的農家菜相似。

The Tai Wing Wah Vill Cuisine, headed by chef Hugo Leung, who is known as the “Gourmet Eater”, mainly cooks Walled-village food with the characteristics of Hong Kong Walled Village. This is similar to the farmhouse cuisine in the Mainland.
